We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who combines creativity with commercial thinking and knows how to turn digital activity into measurable business results. With sophisticated manufacturing facilities, retail stores, and professional trade representation throughout Australia and New Zealand, Stratco has supplied a comprehensive range of products to the building and construction industries, and home improvement and DIY markets for over 75 years.

Your mandate

You'll be responsible for planning, executing and optimising digital initiatives that deliver real commercial outcomes, including:

- Managing multi-channel digital campaigns across paid search, social media, email and organic channels in partnership with external agencies
- Driving SEO performance and improving visibility across search engines and emerging AI powered discovery platforms
- Managing and optimising Stratco's websites to improve customer experiences, conversion, lead generation and online sales
- Supporting eCommerce growth through improved merchandising, product content, and customer journey optimisation
- Analysing campaign, website and customer performance data to identify growth opportunities




- Delivering actionable insights through reporting and performance dashboards
- Coordinating digital activity with agency partners and external stakeholders

What You'll Bring

If you're a performance-focused, passionate, energetic digital marketer who thrives on turning insight into action and delivering measurable growth, we'd love to hear from you! Ideally, your experience and attributes will include;

- 3 years' experience in digital marketing, eCommerce or website optimisation
- Experience executing campaigns across multiple digital channels
- Strong knowledge of customer journeys, conversion optimisation and digital performance metrics
- Experience managing website content and online product information
- Confidence working with agency partners and cross functional stakeholders
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager and reporting tools

Bonus points if you:

- Experience within retail, manufacturing, construction, trade or home improvement environments
- eCommerce marketplace experience
- Knowledge of PIM, DAM or Customer Data Platforms
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
