The role and what we are looking for: We're looking for a Digital Systems Applications Lead to take ownership of BildGroup's HSEQS+ digital platforms, with Donesafe as the primary focus, across our civil infrastructure and construction operations.

This is a hands-on platform role. You'll configure and administer enterprise systems, maintain data integrity across multiple platforms, and generate the reports and dashboards that keep our project and safety teams informed.

You'll also be the first point of contact for technical support and training across both field and office environments, so the ability to communicate clearly with diverse user groups is just as important as your systems capability.

You'll work closely with the HSEQS+ Systems Manager, project teams, IT, and software vendors and you'll have genuine input into how our digital systems evolve over the contract period.

What we're looking for

Experience administering or configuring a digital HSEQ, compliance, or workflow platform - Donesafe experience is highly regarded

Familiarity with subcontractor prequalification platforms such as Cm3, Avetta, Rapid Global, Damstra, or Pegasus

Strong data analysis and reporting skills — Power BI, DOMO, Excel dashboards, or equivalent

High attention to detail and a genuine focus on data accuracy

Competency in SharePoint and Microsoft 365

Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support a broad range of users

Background in construction, engineering, or infrastructure is valued but not essential

Certificate or Diploma in Business Systems, Digital Data Management, ICT, or a related field advantageous
