THE ROLE Director of People and Culture (3 days versatile) Develop and implement strategic workforce initiatives and provide strategic advice to attract, retain, and develop a workforce and organisational culture aligned with the College’s mission and values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Director of People and Culture serves as a trusted advisor to the Principal and other Executive leaders. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of people and culture at Charlton Christian College.

Responsibilities include: 1. Working with the Executive team to form and implement strategies for staff engagement and development that align with the College’s purpose, strategic vision and cultural behaviours.

- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and fostering a positive work environment that supports the College’s values and purpose.
- Playing a facilitative role in recruitment,



advising staff and leadership on HR matters.
- Being on call to work with the Principal and relevant Executive members to address critical HR matters as they arise.
