Lumus Imaging is seeking an experienced Radiologist to join Werribee Mercy Hospital as Director of Radiology, combining clinical practice with departmental leadership, governance, education and service development.

About the Role

As Director of Radiology, you will provide both clinical and operational leadership while maintaining an active clinical practice.

Key responsibilities include

- Leading the culture, performance and strategic direction of the department
- Building strong relationships with Department Heads, Executives and referring clinicians
- Advocating for radiology across the hospital and broader medical community
- Establishing clinical pathways, protocols and governance frameworks
- Driving quality improvement and service development initiatives
- Supervising and mentoring medical staff, including AON doctors
- Supporting future Radiology Registrar training opportunities
- Contributing to hospital and Lumus Imaging education programs
- Expanding radiology services to support the hospital's continued growth
