Associate Director / Project Director | Project Management Consultancy | Sydney

We’re partnering with a boutique Project Management Consultancy that is continuing to grow its presence across the accommodation and living sectors.

They are looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director / Project Director to join the team and take a senior role across a strong pipeline of projects.

The business works across a range of accommodation and living assets, including:

- Aged Care & Seniors Living
- Retirement Living
- Build-to-Rent (BTR)
- Student Accommodation
- Hotels & Hospitality
- Mixed-use and other specialist accommodation developments

This is an opportunity to take a genuine leadership role across the full project lifecycle, working closely with clients, investors, developers, consultants and contractors to drive successful project outcomes.

You will be involved from early project strategy, feasibility and design through to procurement, construction and completion, with the autonomy to lead projects and build strong long-term client relationships.

We’re looking for an experienced project leader with:

- 12+ years’ experience across property, construction or project management




- Strong client-side or Project Management Consultancy experience
- A proven track record delivering complex accommodation, residential or living-sector projects
- Experience managing projects through the full development lifecycle
- Robust commercial, financial and risk management capability
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to lead project teams and mentor more junior PMs
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to operate at a senior level
