We have a fantastic chance for a talented Solicitor to join our growing Commercial & Property team.

What the role will comprise of

You will undertake a range of exciting and challenging work across multiple forms of commercial and property transactions. Our diversified client base ranges from publicly listed companies to family-owned businesses. You can expect to work on advising our clients on a full spectrum of commercial matters, from corporate transactions to structuring and governance to a range of small and large development and related property transactions.

What we are looking for

- 1-2 years experience in commercial and property law
- Demonstratable teamwork and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently
- Commercial nous and confidence in building solid relationships with clients to gain an intricate understanding of their business' needs
- Excellent technical, analytical, communication and research skills to contribute to the delivery of commercially astute advice
- Experience with PEXA is preferred but not required, as training will be provided
- Banking and finance law experience would be helpful but is not required
