We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to provide in-home care and support to clients living in the community. This is a casual position offering versatile shifts, ideal for someone who enjoys making a genuine difference in people's lives. About the role:

You will support clients in their own homes with daily living activities, personal care, and community access, helping them live independently and participate fully in their community.

Key responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care, including showering, dressing, and grooming

Support with domestic tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry

Provide companionship and support with community access, appointments, and social activities

Assist with mobility and use of aids/equipment as required

Follow individual support plans and report any changes in client wellbeing

Maintain accurate and timely documentation/case notes

Promote client dignity, independence, and choice at all times
