Due to continued growth, we're seeking passionate and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team across Melbourne's North, South, East, West and South-East suburbs.(Specially in Mooroolbark, Northcote,Hiedelberg west area)

? About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, choice and community participation.

Your responsibilities will include

- Providing personal care and complex care support
- Supporting clients with daily living activities and household tasks
- Assisting clients to access the community, appointments and social activities
- Supporting clients with complex behaviours using positive behaviour support strategies
- Promoting dignity, choice,



independence and individual goals
- Maintaining accurate documentation and client records
- Working collaboratively with families, allied health professionals and support teams

⭐ What We're Looking For

To be successful, you'll have:
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care (or Nursing qualification)
- Minimum 2 years' experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience providing complex personal care
- Experience implementing Positive Behaviour Support strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, reliable and professional approach
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays as required
- Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Full Australian working rights (all visa holders with valid work rights are encouraged to apply)
