What you'll be doing a. Assistance with meals b. Assistance with toileting c. Transfers/hoisting between toilet, wheelchair, motor vehicle, etc d. Medical/special procedures where required e. Administering medication where required f. Physical assistance to participate in activities g. Housekeeping duties

Requirements:

- Minimum Qualification: Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent within Australia IS A MUST
- 1+ year of work experience within the NDIS Sector. (excluding placements)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current NDIS screening check and WWCC.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and respectful attitude towards people with disabilities.
- Honest, reliable, and committed to work unsupervised in 1:1 environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.




- Previous experience in disability support is highly regarded.
- Clean Updated Police Certificate
- Verifiable work referees
- Must possess valid ABN.
- Immediate start would be ideal.

Desirable:

- Valid visa with work rights
- Knowledge of disability support practices and NDIS guidelines.
- Experience with complex needs, Peg feeding , Restrictive practices or behavioral support is a plus.
