Your video

Your video does not need to be professionally produced or edited. A simple recording on your phone is sufficient. We are interested in your communication style, values and approach to support—not the quality of the recording. Please address the following questions:
1. Why are you interested in this participant-specific role?
2. What personal qualities would make you a solid fit for a consistent, complex-support team?
3.



How do you build trust while maintaining professional boundaries?
4. How would you keep a participant meaningfully engaged throughout a long shift?
5. Briefly describe a time you remained calm and effective during a difficult situation.
