Role Description The Distribution Channel Manager is a full time, on-site/remote hybrid role based in any capital Australian city. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with distribution partners, resellers, and other channel stakeholders, ensuring effective promotion and sales of PowerShield’s UPS and power filtration solutions. Day-to-day tasks include developing channel sales strategies, supporting partners with product information and training, monitoring performance and sales pipelines, and coordinating joint marketing or sales initiatives.

Manager will also prepare business plans and forecasts, analyse market and channel data, and collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to optimise channel performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Distribution Channel Management and working with Channel Partners.
- Experience in Channel Sales and direct Sales within a technical or B2B environment.
- Capability in Business Planning, including forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic planning.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Good understanding of electrical or power protection products, or a willingness to learn technical concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Malaga, WA, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, sales, engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
- Experience in the Australian technology, electrical, or industrial sector is beneficial.
