Driller Supervisor – HDD

Boretech Contracting has been awarded multiple long-term contracts, providing consistent longevity of work for our growing team. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Driller Supervisor to oversee Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) crews working across Atco Gas and Western Power infrastructure projects.
The Role
- Full time position — 38 hours per week, with reasonable overtime as required
- Reporting directly to the Metro Operations Manager
- Supervising HDD crews and taking full control of day-to-day site operations on gas and electrical infrastructure works
- Immediate start

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience and capability working as an HDD Supervisor
- Demonstrated experience working on Atco Gas and/or Western Power projects
- Certificate III in Directional Drilling
- Ability to read and interpret DBYD (Dial Before You Dig) plans
- Current WA driver's licence
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Good reputation with clean, verifiable references
