The OpportunityAs an EAP Triage Consultant, you are key to the smooth operation of our Employee Assistance Program triage program. You ensure that all client communication is underpinned by the utmost professionalism and efficiency, whilst also demonstrating an understanding of individual needs.
Being responsible for all incoming client triage calls, ensuring the collection of accurate information, being safe and supportive in your consultation of incoming calls, you will become a master at matching the the correct client to one of our consultant psychologists. Opportunities for part time roles available.
You will be responsible for;
- Triaging of incoming referrals via phone or digital means
- Management of triages via our digital platform
- Completing EAP Client reports
- Entering EAP data into case management system
- High attention to detail and organisational to keep the highest of standards

About you
- Bachelor degree in Allied Health
- Excellent rapport building skills
- Passion for psychology and workplace wellbeing
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
- Lifeline training (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
