At Dewdrops Early Learning we strive to provide childcare and kindergarten that nurtures each child's needs and interests, and captures their imagination and willingness to learn. In turn, we feel proud to support families by being part of the community that it takes to raise a child.

Founded in 2007, Dewdrops remains a family owned, boutique early childhood service with four locations: Coburg, Brunswick, Brunswick West and Reservoir. We are a small, yet dynamic team, and proud of our growing reputation as an employer of choice in the early years sector.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Diploma Qualified Educator to work at our Brunswick service. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a friendly and supportive team in a long standing, quality education and care service. We are looking for an Educator with:

- A passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young children
- An understanding of the compliance and operational requirements of a Victorian early childhood service including child safe standards




- Experience in educational program planning, emergent and intentional teaching practices and an ability to create engaging educational experiences for children
- An ability to connect with, and maintain positive, professional relationships with families, children and colleagues
- A Diploma equivalent qualification with a minimum of 2 years of early childhood education experience in a long day care setting
- Permanent work rights with no restrictions and English language proficiency (verbal and written)
- Current Employee WWC Check
