What you'll be doing

- Planning and implementing engaging learning experiences aligned with the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority frameworks and children’s individual interests
- Creating safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environments where children can thrive
- Observing, documenting, and reflecting on children’s learning and development
- Building positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Collaborating with your team to drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes
- Supporting compliance with the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority, policies, and service procedures




- Participating in professional development and ongoing reflective practice

What we're looking for

- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or willingness to study as a Trainee
- Previous experience working with children aged 0–5 years is highly regarded
- Sound knowledge of child development, play-based learning, and best practice pedagogy
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting children to reach their full potential
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
- Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain where applicable)
