Insight Early Learning Moama is looking for passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators and Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs) to join our team.

We have casual and permanent full-time/part-time opportunities available for Cert III, Diploma-qualified Educators and qualified ECTs.

**Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 6:00pm. We welcome part-time applications, so please include your available days and hours in your application.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Educator/Teacher, you will help create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where children feel supported to learn, grow and develop.

You will demonstrate a genuine commitment to children and a willingness to support Insight Early Learning’s values of Wisdom, Innovation, Sustainability and Equity.

A typical day may include:

- Supervising and engaging with children while ensuring their safety and wellbeing





- Supporting play-based learning experiences, investigations and projects

- Observing, documenting and contributing to children’s learning and development

- Building positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues

- Supporting children’s health, hygiene, nutrition and daily routines

- Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming learning environment

- Working across different rooms and supporting the team where needed

- Following the centre’s policies, procedures and philosophy

- Working collaboratively with the Room Leader and Educational Leader to reflect on and improve the program

- Assisting with general room routines and other duties as required

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (must-have)

- A current and valid Working with Children Check (must-have)

- Previous experience in an early childhood setting
- A sound understanding of the EYLF, NQS and child development

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A warm, positive and inclusive approach to working with children and families

- Flexibility to work across different age groups and rooms
- A genuine commitment to creating safe, nurturing and engaging learning environments
