Early Childhood Teacher – 5 days per week

Are you an enthusiastic and caring Early Childhood Teacher who thrives on teamwork and creating joyful learning experiences? Amaze Redbank Plains is looking for a dedicated additional Early Childhood Teacher to join our Kindergarten team. This role will be primary ECT for twelve months while our ECT is on parental leave and co-lead after this.
This is a wonderful opportunity to support our Kindergarten children by bringing your own energy, ideas, and passion to support and enhance our program.

- Partner with our senior Early Childhood Teacher to co-deliver a fun, inspiring Kindergarten program

? What We're Looking For
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent (as approved by ACECQA)
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children)
- Experience in an Early Childhood Teacher role
- Solid communication and collaboration skills
- A love of both indoor and outdoor learning environments
- A positive, inclusive approach that values teamwork and respect
What You'll Do
- Deliver an engaging, inclusive Kindergarten program aligned with the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG), EYLF, and NQS.
- Foster a safe, welcoming environment where children feel valued, supported, and inspired to learn.
- Partner with families to understand and extend each child's learning journey.
- Collaborate closely with your co-ECT and our broader teaching team.
- Participate in nature-based learning experiences such as Bush Kindy and Nature Play.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Current Blue Card and First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and QKLG.
- Strong skills in planning, programming, and documentation.
- A commitment to child safety, wellbeing, and inclusive practice.
- Australian citizenship is required for this position.
- Minimum of 2 years of Early Childhood Teaching experience is required.
