ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Ecommerce Coordinator to join our growing team. This newly created role reports into the Ecommerce Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of our global website.
You will support every collection launch, sale and campaign as it comes to life in office — helping ensure each moment is executed accurately, on time and to the highest standard. You bring pace and precision in equal measure, with a clear understanding that every page on our site is a commercial opportunity. Day to day, you will support the accuracy, presentation and upkeep of our online store and marketplace listings.
YOU WILL:
- Support day-to-day product and content accuracy across our website and marketplace partners (The Iconic, David Jones), ensuring listings are live, current and aligned with brand standards
- Execute product enrichment activities including image uploads, copywriting,
categorisation and merchandising across all channels
- Coordinate on-site updates for new product launches, partnering with brand, creative and the wider marketing team to meet go-live deadlines
- Schedule and activate promotions and discounts with complete pricing accuracy, including setting up and quality-checking Shopify discount codes and on-site banners in line with campaign terms and conditions
- Support testing of new Shopify apps and features ahead of launch
- Flag technical issues promptly and liaise with the Ecommerce Manager and relevant teams to resolve them
ABOUT YOU:
- 1–3 years' experience in an ecommerce coordinator or assistant capacity, ideally within a DTC fashion or lifestyle brand with international reach
- Working knowledge of Shopify admin, with confidence across product and collection setup, discount configuration and day-to-day merchandising; deeper platform and marketplaces experience is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Sound commercial instinct, with an understanding of how ecommerce decisions translate into revenue
- Comfortable collaborating across marketing, design and customer experience teams
- Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced environment
