About the Role

This is a dynamic, hands‑on contact leadership position where you’ll guide educational practice, support your team. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to champion high‑quality programs, strong relationships and a positive team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading and inspiring Educators to deliver high‑quality programs
- Supporting curriculum planning, documentation, and reflective practice
- Mentoring and coaching educators to grow their skills and confidence




- Contributing to a warm, collaborative, and professional workplace

What You'll Bring

- 1–2 years’ experience in an Educational Leader or similar leadership role (essential)
- A deep understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and best‑practice pedagogy
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- A passion for supporting Educators and driving continuous improvement
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine love for early childhood education
