About the Roles

We are recruiting across two grades:

- Grade 3 – For individuals who hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care with at least 12 months’ experience
- Grade 4 – For individuals who hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care with at least 2 years’ experience

Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
- Promoting children’s safety,



wellbeing and inclusion
- Assisting with daily routines, supervision and documentation
- Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Upholding regulatory standards and Council values in all aspects of care

Salary and Benefits

- Salary Range:
- Grade 3: $34.28 – $37.13 per hour

- Grade 4: $37.13 – $42.98 per hour

- 12% superannuation
- Generous leave entitlements, including 4 weeks of Annual Leave, 1 week of MyLeave, 3 weeks of Sick Leave (for ECEC staff), access to Carer’s Leave, and more

What We’re Looking For

You have

- A genuine interest in early childhood education and care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safety, inclusion and continuous improvement
- NSW Working with Children Check
- Australian residency or valid work visa
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Class C, P1 or P2 Driver Licence

Depending on the grade, you also have:
- Grade 3: A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care with at least 12 months’ experience
- Grade 4: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care with at least 2 years’ experience
