This part-time/full-time, permanent role is ideal for individuals passionate about fostering a positive learning environment and supporting students in their educational journey. As an Educator, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education and training, ensuring that our learners achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve educational strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- A Diploma in Education or a related field.
- Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred, but trainees are welcome to apply.
