Jaysel Electrical & Instrumentation have recently been awarded the E&I; scope for the upcoming Phosphate Hill & Mt Isa Acid Plant Major Turnaround.

With pre works & temporary power installations commencing in the coming weeks & execution planned to take place from March 2027 we are seeking expressions of interest from the below:

- E&I; Supervisors
- Electrical Supervisors
- QA Officers
- E&I; technicians
- Electricians
- Instrument Technicians

In addition to the above the following licenses & certifications are required &/or desirable:
- S1, S2, S3 Training (Supervisors)
- QLD Electrical License (Electricians)
- QLD Restricted Electrical License (Instrument Technicians)
- Certificate III in Instrumentation or Certificate IV with significant experience
- CPR/LVR
- Working at Heights Qualification
- Confined Space Entry Qualification
- EEHA Qualification
- High Risk License – Elevated Work Platform

Previous experience relating to the below would be advantageous:
- Completion of TA’s on IPL sites or similar




- Exposure to Hazardous Area Works
- Competent in the use of Beamex Calibrators & associated software
- Previous experience with Process Instrumentation Calibrations
- Previous experience with valve overhauls, set-up & commissioning
- Previous experience with Rotating Machines & associated instrumentation

Point of hire locations will be:
- Brisbane
- Townsville
- Mt Isa

Initial works are commencing in the coming weeks with the main execution scope to begin in March 2027, execution period is planned for approximately 6 to 8 weeks with a commissioning team to remain on for an additional period. Proposed roster will be 13 days on / 1 day off / 13 days on / 1 week off & commence rotation again.

Accommodation & meals will be provided as per a mine camp scenario.

Applicants will be required to undertake a medical as well as drug & alcohol testing prior to commencing onsite.
