About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Commercial Estimator & Project Manager to join our team.

This role provides the opportunity to become involved in projects from tender through to completion and handover.

Depending on your experience level, your responsibilities may include:

- Reviewing plans and specifications
- Assisting with or preparing project estimates and quotations




- Procurement of materials and subcontractors
- Client and builder communication
- Budget and cost tracking
- Scheduling and project coordination
- Assisting with project delivery and reporting
- Variation management
- Project administration and documentation

Full training and support will be provided for the right candidate.

This role would suit

- An experienced Electrical Estimator or Project Manager
- An Electrician looking to move off the tools
- A Leading Hand or Supervisor wanting to develop their career
- Someone with construction industry experience who enjoys planning, organisation and problem solving
