Mechanical
Apprenticeship (Marulan & Berrima) As a Mechanical Apprentice, you'll work with experienced tradespeople maintaining and repairing heavy industrial equipment such as pumps, conveyors, and mechanical systems at our cement plants. You’ll also be enrolled in a TAFE Mechanical Engineering course, combining classroom learning with practical, on-the-job experience. What You'll Learn: Maintenance and installation of mechanical systems Fault-finding and troubleshooting Hands-on work with industrial machinery Safety procedures and technical reporting Electrical Apprenticeship (Marulan, Berrima & Maldon) As an Electrical Apprentice, you’ll assist in the installation, maintenance,
and repair of electrical systems in a large-scale production environment.
You’ll gain valuable experience working with advanced electrical equipment while completing a TAFE Electrical qualification. What You'll Learn: Electrical system maintenance and repair Troubleshooting circuits and machinery Industrial electrical practices Safety and compliance What We’re Looking For: Passion for hands-on work and problem-solving Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures Completion of Year 10 or higher (Maths/Science preferred) Must have unrestricted driver's license (P's minimum) by January 2027
