We’re offering 5 full-time Electrical and Mechanical Apprenticeships for motivated individuals ready to start a rewarding trade career in a dynamic industrial workplace across our Marulan, Berrima and Maldon sites.
Mechanical Apprenticeship (Marulan & Berrima)
As a Mechanical Apprentice, you'll work with experienced tradespeople maintaining and repairing heavy industrial equipment such as pumps, conveyors, and mechanical systems at our cement plants. You’ll also be enrolled in a TAFE Mechanical Engineering course, combining classroom learning with practical, on-the-job experience.
What You'll Learn:
- Maintenance and installation of mechanical systems
As an Electrical Apprentice, you’ll assist in the installation, maintenance,
and repair of electrical systems in a large-scale production environment. You’ll gain valuable experience working with advanced electrical equipment while completing a TAFE Electrical qualification.

What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for hands-on work and problem-solving
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures
- Completion of Year 10 or higher (Maths/Science preferred)
- Must have unrestricted driver's license (P's minimum) by January 2027
- Minimum age: 17
