About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a major clean energy project in Eneabba, WA. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical crews, coordinate day-to-day site activities and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate electrical crews and site personnel

Coordinate daily electrical activities and work fronts

Ensure works are completed safely and in accordance with project requirements

Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project team

Coordinate with other site teams, contractors and stakeholders

Ensure electrical works meet relevant standards, specifications and quality requirements

Identify and resolve issues on site





Promote a strong safety culture

Ensure required site documentation and reporting is completed About You Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor

Electrical trade qualification and relevant electrical licence

Demonstrated experience supervising electrical crews on major projects

Experience within construction, energy, resources, infrastructure or industrial environments

Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills A strong commitment to safety and quality The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment A proactive approach to problem solving Experience across renewable energy, power or major infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
