About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a major clean energy project in Eneabba, WA. This is an exciting prospect for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical crews, coordinate day-to-day site activities and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate electrical crews and site personnel
- Coordinate daily electrical activities and work fronts
- Ensure works are completed safely and in accordance with project requirements
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project team
- Coordinate with other site teams, contractors and stakeholders
- Ensure electrical works meet relevant standards, specifications and quality requirements
- Identify and resolve issues on site




- Promote a strong safety culture
- Ensure required site documentation and reporting is completed

About You

- Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor
- Electrical trade qualification and relevant electrical licence
- Demonstrated experience supervising electrical crews on major projects
- Experience within construction, energy, resources, infrastructure or industrial environments
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A strong commitment to safety and quality
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
- A proactive approach to problem solving

Experience across renewable energy, power or major infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
