We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and technically robust Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams, drive technical execution, and deliver high-quality products and solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical leadership, project management, and team development skills who are passionate about building scalable and reliable technology.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams to achieve technical and business objectives.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage engineering projects, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work closely with Product, Design, QA, Operations, and other teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Define engineering goals, technical priorities, development standards, and performance objectives.
- Oversee software development, system architecture, technical implementation, and product delivery.
- Review technical designs, development approaches, and engineering solutions to ensure quality and scalability.
- Monitor engineering performance, project progress, technical risks, and resource allocation.
- Establish and improve engineering processes, development methodologies, and best practices.
- Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development of engineering team members.
- Identify technical challenges and drive effective solutions to improve system reliability and performance.
- Promote automation, testing, code quality, security, and continuous improvement across engineering teams.
- Communicate technical progress, risks, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

✅ Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, technology,



or a related technical field.
- Previous experience leading or managing engineering teams is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system architecture, and engineering best practices.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, or other modern engineering methodologies.
- Strong technical problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to balance technical excellence with business objectives and delivery requirements.
- Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, databases, APIs, or modern development technologies is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and building high-performing engineering teams.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
