You will manage multi‑channel leads, provide expert jewellery advice, quote, close deals, and help build scalable sales workflows with the e‑commerce and operations teams.

The role requires commercial mindset, ability to work across phone, email, live chat and social media, and a passion for delivering luxury customer experiences.
