We're currently on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team as we continue to grow our business offering. This is your chance to be part of a rapidly expanding, progressive, safety-first company where your leadership directly shapes the success of our operations.

We have a significant Mining Project commencing next year (2027), with the aim to have a successful candidate working on our other projects located in Western Australia until project kick off.

About the Role

- Plan and deliver mining projects within agreed scope, timeline, and budget
- Coordinate site operations that align with the project contract, manage subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure they align with the companies objectives and targets
- Manage and report on project schedules, manage and review costs, ensure variations are contractually claimed and recovered, and procurement meets or betters budget
- Ensure compliance with design, quality, safety, and environmental requirements
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and resolve construction issues
- Form skilled relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure a successful outcome for all concerned
- Monitor progress, report performance with detailed data capture, and manage project close-out with minimal rework or defects

Skills & Experience

- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Mining Project Manager
- Proven leader with strong ethical behaviours, ability to motivate and inspire and promote team culture
- Strong project management skills,



including profitable commercial acumen, MS Project or P6 proficiency updating schedules
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
- Essential proficiency in MS Project software is required
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality control procedures
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex civil engineering projects within budget and time constraints
