Wrapped Creations is looking for an experienced Administrator, who enjoys structured administrative work and thrives on keeping things running smoothly to join our high-performing team in Karratha.

Your Role
As Event and Office Administrator, you’ll:
- Manage our general enquiries inbox and be the first point of contact for our main telephone line.
- Be responsible for the general Karratha office management, supplies and purchasing.
- Manage online event registrations including setting up ticketing platforms, managing dedicated event inboxes, processing registrations and maintaining accurate attendee information and reports.
- Execute travel for event projects including booking flights, accommodation and ground transfers, as well as maintaining accurate itineraries.
- Prepare event materials and equipment ahead of event deliveries.
- Ensure the presentation and cleanliness of the office is maintained to a high standard.

While the Event and Office Administrator is not an event planning role, there will be occasional needs for this role to provide on site event assistance to the events team. Therefore,
willingness to work outside standard office hours and travel regionally is required.

What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in an administration role
- Previous experience in ticketing or travel management is highly desired
- Exceptional time management skills to manage multiple tasks at one time, independently or within a team
- Calm and decisive under pressure with excellent communication skills
- A natural problem solver
- Exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Willingness to work outside standard hours and travel regionally when required
- Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite and Monday.com or similar CRM systems
