Master Builders Victoria (MBV) is the peak industry body representing Victoria’s building and construction sector. We support almost 6,000 members across domestic and commercial construction, including builders of all sizes, sub-contractors, suppliers and manufacturers.

Key Position Tasks:

The Events Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support to a wide range of MBV events, networking events, awards programs and much more. Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinate the planning and delivery of Master Builders events and industry awards programs from concept through to post-event evaluation
- Foster strong relationships with members, sponsors, suppliers, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional event outcomes
- Manage event administration, registrations, communications,



and logistical requirements to support effective and professional event delivery
- Provide onsite event support and contribute to post-event reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Skills Attributes and Experience:

- High level of general administration skills, including competency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Qualifications in Events, Marketing or Business Administration would be well regarded but not essential
- Current driver's license is essential
