About the role

Synergy For Success Industries is seeking a dynamic and organised Event Coordinator to join our Client's growing team in Beenleigh, Queensland. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in planning, coordinating and executing a variety of events that enhance our brand presence and strengthen client relationships. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of event logistics, from initial concept through to post-event evaluation.

This role is instrumental in ensuring that every event reflects the professionalism and excellence that our clients customer base deserves.

Key responsibilities

Taking incoming phone and email enquiries

Logging enquiries, generating quotes, sending quotes, following up on quotes.

Scheduling won jobs into Operations department

Following up on completed fireworks jobs, and asking for the commitment for the next job

Populating the CRM system with clients and prospects

Creating register of client quotations, and following up on all outstanding quotes

Prospecting key verticals such as event management companies, show societies, major hotels and venues

Assisting Admin Department with duties as required by work loads

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role, ideally within the marketing, communications or events management sector

- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, vendors and team members

- Proficiency in event management software,



Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools

- Demonstrated ability to work within budget constraints and manage financial resources effectively

- Problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and unexpected challenges

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, professional events

- Experience with event marketing, social media promotion and digital communications

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and event compliance requirements
- A professional demeanor and ability to represent the company positively with external stakeholders

- Desirable: Experience with corporate event management, conference coordination or large-scale event production
