Events Manager | 12 month contract | Sydney CBD | Banking & Financial Services

You will join a reputable client within the wealth management sector.

Your current role

- An exciting and fast-pace role, managing end to end events for senior leaders and high net worth clients.
- Deliver high quality events, plan ahead, solve problems early, and manage budgets and data

- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, clients, and external partners, and communicate with confidence
- Run multiple virtual, hybrid, and in person events at once, own logistics, and adjust quickly to changes

- Use technology and AI to manage RSVPs, communications, engagement, and post event insights
- Create compliant event collateral and support marketing tasks using digital tools
- Manage suppliers and vendors, including tech and AI providers,



and oversee payments and invoicing

- What you'll need to succeed
- 3 - 6 years events management experience, with exposure to financial services or wealth management highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-profile events and working directly with senior leadership

- Proven track record of leveraging technology and AI to enhance event delivery and outcomes.
- Organised, clear communication, and confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
