· Logistics Assistance: Assist with the setup, placement, and movement of event materials, including signage, barriers, tents, and equipment. Help coordinate deliveries and transport of festival supplies.

· Customer Service: Be the friendly face of the festival! Provide assistance and information to visitors, answer questions, and ensure guests have a positive experience.

· Crowd Management: Ensure that crowds are managed safely at event locations,

including guiding people to the correct areas and helping maintain order during high-traffic times.

· Event Setup & Breakdown: Support the event team with the physical setup and breakdown of festival infrastructure at the start and end of each day or week.

· Team Collaboration: Work alongside other team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and the event runs smoothly.

· Problem Solving: Help with any issues or problems that may arise, whether related to traffic, logistics, or customer queries.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Traffic control experience or a willingness to learn traffic management techniques.

· Customer service skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people.

· Experience with logistics, or a general interest in event coordination.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team.

· Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle issues on the fly.

· Must be reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full 6-week festival.

· Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Why Join Us?

· Experience a fun and dynamic festival environment at one of WA’s most beautiful locations.

· Get hands-on experience in event management, traffic control, and logistics.

· Work with a passionate, friendly team committed to delivering an amazing festival experience.

· Enjoy the opportunity to meet new people and gain valuable skills for future roles.
