Your new role

Working closely with project managers and contractors, you will coordinate the safe and effective execution of project activities across various civil, infrastructure and facilities-related projects.

- Coordinate day-to-day project execution activities on site
- Manage interactions with contractors and trades personnel
- Support project planning and scheduling activities
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and project requirements
- Assist with risk identification and problem-solving activities
- Maintain project records and documentation
- Support project completion,



commissioning and close-out activities

What you'll need to succeed

- Trade Qualification (Certificate III or equivalent)
- Experience coordinating site-based project execution activities
- Strong contractor and trades management experience
- Demonstrated ability to work within project delivery teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Commitment to safety, quality and attention to detail
