Role Description The Executive Assistant role at Rural Bridge is a full-time, in office position based in Tamworth, NSW.
The Executive
Assistant will provide high-level administrative and executive support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include organising documents and presentations, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting the executive team with meeting preparation and follow-up. The role also involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication, and assisting with special projects and operational tasks that support the growth of the investment community.

Assistant is expected to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate sound judgment, and contribute to a professional and efficient office environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, with experience managing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including document management, record keeping, and office coordination.
- Ability to prepare and manage Expense Reports and basic financial or budget-related documentation.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and time management, with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks.
- Comfort with productivity tools and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace); familiarity with digital communication platforms is beneficial.
- Demonstrated discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Previous experience supporting executives or leaders in financial services, investment, or professional services is an advantage.
- Relevant qualification in business administration or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
