OneBridge is seeking an Executive Health Administration Assistant to join our agile team based remotely in Australia. This is a part-time position is offering flexibility whilst providing essential administrative support to our executive team. This role is fundamental to ensuring smooth operations across our health administration functions, supporting senior leadership and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to executive staff, including scheduling, diary management and meeting coordination
- Preparing and maintaining documentation, correspondence and reports with accuracy and attention to detail
- Managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation and expense claims for executive team members
- Organising and supporting executive meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up actions
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication
- Maintaining filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring information is easily accessible
- Managing office supplies and coordinating general administrative requirements
- Supporting health administration processes and compliance with relevant procedures
- Assisting with rostering, Shiftcare and supporting the administration requirements of a growing organisation.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably within a health or administration setting
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative work
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a part-time arrangement whilst maintaining high standards
- Preferred: experience within the healthcare or health administration industry
