Salary: UOM 5 - $86,943 - $99,864 p.a. plus 17% super

- Central executive support role in University sport / drive governance, planning and stakeholder engagement / collaborate closely with senior leaders

Your next career opportunity In this role, you will provide high-level executive support to MU Sport’s Director and General Manager. You will coordinate governance processes, strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement that keep the Director’s Office running smoothly. You will gain broad exposure to projects, planning and University sport operations in a dynamic environment.

What you will deliver:

- Provide executive and administrative support to the Director and General Manager, including diary, correspondence and documentation.

- Coordinate strategic planning tasks, project methodology frameworks and progress reporting across MU Sport’s annual programme.

- Deliver secretariat support to committees and the Advisory Board, including agendas, minutes, action tracking and follow-up.

- Organise meetings, events, travel and stakeholder activities, ensuring logistics, technology and communication run smoothly.

- Maintain office systems, records, compliance reporting and stakeholder engagement plans that enhance efficiency and consistency.

You may be a excellent fit if you:





- Hold an undergraduate qualification in a relevant field, combined with significant executive or administrative experience.

- Demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including complex calendar, email and document management.

- Manage in-person and online meetings or events using Zoom and MS Teams with confidence and reliability.

- Apply strong project management capability to support policies, programmes and strategic tasks across a busy portfolio.

- Communicate with advanced written skills, distilling complex ideas into persuasive briefs, reports and presentations.

- Handle sensitive information and stakeholder relationships with discretion, professionalism and respect for confidentiality.
