Design for some of the world’s biggest brands. Cre8 Co. is looking for a talented Creative Exhibition & Experience Designer to join our Sydney team and help us create standout spaces, exhibitions and brand experiences for an incredible portfolio of clients.

Our work puts us alongside brands including Coca-Cola, Lexus, Thales and other leading Australian and international companies — designing everything from major exhibition stands and immersive environments to activations and branded experiences.

We’re looking for someone who loves design, has great creative instincts and wants more than simply sitting behind a screen producing drawings.

You’ll be involved in taking ideas from the first creative thought through to a real-world experience.

THE ROLE

You’ll work closely with our creative, production and project teams to develop concepts that are exciting, commercially smart and actually buildable.

Your work will include

- Creative concepts for exhibitions, activations and experiential spaces
- 3D spatial and environmental design
- Exhibition stand and event design
- Brand activations and immersive experiences
- Mood boards, creative directions and presentation decks
- Client-facing concept presentations
- Design development and documentation
- Materials, finishes, lighting, furniture and graphic integration
- Working alongside production teams to bring concepts to life
- Exploring AI-led creative and design tools to push concepts further and work smarter




- Keeping across global design, experiential, retail and exhibition trends

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We want someone with strong design taste and a great eye. Someone who understands that great experiential design isn't just about making something look beautiful — it's about understanding a brand, the audience and how people will actually interact with a space.

You'll ideally have experience across exhibitions, experiential, activations, events, interiors, retail or spatial design.

You should be comfortable working across relevant 3D and design software and, importantly, be curious and confident with the recent generation of AI-assisted creative tools.

We're particularly interested in someone who:

- Brings fresh ideas to the table
- Understands different design styles and aesthetics
- Can move comfortably between premium corporate, playful, immersive and highly branded environments
- Is commercially minded as well as creative
- Can turn a loose brief into a strong creative direction
- Enjoys collaborating rather than designing in isolation
- Is organised enough to manage multiple projects
- Wants to keep learning and pushing their creative capabilities
- Is excited by where AI is taking the design industry





WHY CRE8?

This isn't a role where you'll spend the next two years designing variations of the same thing. One week you could be developing an activation for Coca-Cola, the next designing a sophisticated environment for Lexus, and then moving into a completely different creative world for another major client.

You'll get exposure to big brands, real projects and real builds — and you'll actually see your ideas leave the screen and come to life.

We're a close, collaborative team and we're looking for someone who wants to become an important part of it.

You'll have genuine creative input, direct access to projects and clients, and the opportunity to make a noticeable impact on the creative direction of the business.

THE SET-UP

Sydney-based hybrid role Our working structure combines time with the team and flexibility, including:

1 day working from home

1 day from our city office

Remaining days working collaboratively with the wider Cre8 team from our Rydalmere office.
