Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a team and independently.

About The Role As an Experienced Barista at Stellarossa Emerald, you'll be part of the opening team from day one, pumping out coffees and preparing cold drinks for dine-in and takeaway, while interacting with guests, taking their orders, and supporting your fellow team members. This is a casual position with lots of hours on offer, including weekend work, which is a must.

Responsibilities For Baristas & Guest Service Team Members Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages.

Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Dial in grinders to Stellarossa espresso recipe.

Interact with guests, taking their orders, answering their questions, and providing exceptional service all-round.

Assist with opening and closing duties.

Support your team members and create a positive atmosphere.

Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Deliver food and beverages to guests at their tables or to guests for them to take home.

Requirements Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment or kitchen operations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.

Availability to work weekends is essential.

A charismatic, engaging, bright, and bubbly personality.
