Part-Time / Full-Time Sales Associate Et Al is seeking an experienced, confident and personable Sales Associate to join our team at our Sydney QVB store.

We are looking for someone with strong sales and styling ability who also understands the importance of teamwork. You will be commercially driven, highly professional and proactive, while bringing a warm, collaborative approach to both clients and colleagues.

You are passionate about fashion, design and creating genuine relationships with clients. You are a confident and experienced salesperson and stylist who knows how to read a client, understand their needs and create an elevated yet approachable in-store experience. Just as importantly, you are a genuine team player. You communicate openly, support your colleagues and understand that the success of the store comes from working together. You are comfortable taking initiative and responsibility while remaining respectful, grounded and collaborative.

You also have a strong visual eye and understand how presentation, merchandising and styling contribute to both the client experience and commercial performance of the store.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a highly personalised level of service and styling, acting as a key liaison between Et Al and our clients
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships by understanding individual preferences and anticipating future needs
- Maintain an excellent understanding of current collections, fabrics, fits and styling possibilities
- Confidently drive sales, achieve individual targets and contribute to overall store performance
- Work collaboratively with the wider store team,



sharing information and supporting colleagues to achieve collective goals
- Contribute to visual merchandising, product presentation and maintaining Et Al's visual standards throughout the store
- Identify merchandising opportunities based on customer behaviour, stock movement and commercial performance
- Assist with floor moves, product placement and refreshing displays as required
- Coordinate with the wider team to meet client expectations around product availability, transfers, delivery and service
- Manage sales transactions, exchanges and customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Take initiative in the day-to-day running of the store and contribute positively to a qualified, supportive working environment

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 5 years' experience in fashion retail, preferably within luxury, designer or high-end fashion
- A proven sales record with the ability to consistently meet and exceed targets
- Strong personal styling skills and a confident, intuitive approach to client service
- Experience working with high-price-point garments and a diverse clientele
- Visual merchandising experience and a strong eye for product presentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A genuinely collaborative approach and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility
- Warm, grounded and personable, with the confidence to build relationships with both clients and colleagues
- Highly professional and well-presented
- POS system knowledge and general computer literacy
- Flexibility with availability, including weekends
- Multilingual applicants are highly regarded, but this is not essential
