Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Water Well Driller's Offsider who is available to start ASAP to join our team on a 2:1 FIFO Roster from Perth with hourly and fortnightly pay. This a hands-on role supporting drilling operations across remote project sites. The offsider will assist the Driller with day-to-day tasks including - preparing and maintaining equipment, handling drill rods & tools, and ensuring secure and efficient site operations.

To be considered for the role, you must meet the following requirements:





- Previous FIFO drillers offsider experience
- Available to start ASAP
- Current and Valid WA Driver's licence - HR Required
- Construction Induction (White) card
- Ability to follow safe work procedures and adhere to site requirements
- Experience with handling and preparing drill rods, tools and equipment
- Mechanical skills an advantage
- Physically fit, motivated and possess a strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- Able to work in remote and harsh environments
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude
- Reliable and dedicated to their work and team.
- Willing to provide a national police clearance
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
