About the Role As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of our dealership, helping customers through every stage of their vehiclebuying journey while consistently delivering exceptional results.

You'll be responsible for

- Selling new vehicles and associated products
- Creating memorable customer experiences from enquiry to delivery
- Building long term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Managing enquiries and maintaining an active sales pipeline
- Following up leads with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
- Contributing to a positive, successful team culture

About You You're motivated by success, passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and know what it takes to achieve outstanding sales results.

You'll also have

- Proven experience in automotive sales
- A consistent history of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- High levels of motivation, resilience, and self drive
- A qualified presentation and customer first attitude
- The ability to excel in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- A current driver's licence (manual preferred)
