About the role

Experienced Maintenance Grader Operator / All Rounder position based in Gascoyne Junction, operating on an 11-hour day, 10 days on / 4 days off roster. Key responsibilities

- Road maintenance

- Maintenance grading of unsealed roads

- Perform basic plant maintenance

- Work unsupervised and follow direction effectively

- Undertake other duties as required

About you

- Experience in road maintenance

- Proven skills in maintenance grading unsealed roads

- Mechanically minded, with the ability to perform basic plant maintenance

- Comfortable working and living in a remote location (Camping out)

- Strong communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills

- Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)

- Current HR/HC Class Driver's Licence

- Ability to work unsupervised and follow direction effectively





- Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment

- Willingness to undertake other duties as required

Benefits

- Annual Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
