We’ve partnered with a highly regarded Property Management agencies known for managing a premium portfolio and maintaining an outstanding team culture. With exceptionally low staff turnover and a reputation for doing things properly, opportunities here don’t come up often.

You can pick your desired location, and whether you prefer Boutique or a Larger Agency setting.

Each client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to take over a well-maintained portfolio, and move into Team Leader roles if desired.

What sets this role apart:

- Salary $85,000 – $100,000 (DOE) + Super + Incentives
- Monday to Friday, enjoy your weekends
- Manage a clean,



structured portfolio

Your day-to-day:

- Manage your portfolio end-to-end with confidence
- Build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
- Oversee maintenance with efficiency and care
- Conduct routine inspections and detailed reporting
- Ensure full compliance with current QLD legislation

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum 1-3 years’ Property Management experience
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Valid driver’s licence
