EXPERIENCED WOOD-FIRED PIZZA CHEF REQUIRED FOR RIPPLEBROOK, GIPPSLAND

Ripplebrook Winery is looking for an experienced and passionate Wood-Fired Pizza Chef / Pizzaiolo to join our kitchen team as we prepare to reopen.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and has proven experience working with a wood-fired pizza oven.

The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience making quality wood-fired pizza

Excellent knowledge of working with a wood-fired oven and managing the fire

Experience preparing and working with pizza dough from scratch

Knowledge and understanding of Italian-style food

Experience preparing Italian tapas / small plates

Strong food preparation and kitchen skills

Good kitchen organisation, cleanliness and food-safety practices

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team





Passion for quality food and fresh ingredients The role will involve pizza preparation, cooking and service, along with preparation of Italian-inspired tapas and other menu items.

We are looking for someone reliable, professional and enthusiastic who would enjoy working in a beautiful Gippsland winery environment.
