Your new role
As the Facilities Project Manager, you will act as the primary on-site point of contact for key stakeholders while overseeing the day-to-day management of facilities services. You'll be responsible for ensuring service delivery meets agreed performance standards, managing budgets and vendors, coordinating maintenance activities and delivering projects across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing the delivery of hard and soft facilities services across assigned sites.
- Acting as the key contact for client and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinating facilities vendors and service partners to ensure quality outcomes.
- Delivering facilities and workplace projects within agreed budgets and timelines.
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring corrective actions are completed.
- Monitoring service levels, KPIs and work order performance.
- Supporting financial management, reporting and budget control.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, health and safety standards, and contractual obligations.
- Preparing reports and presenting information to senior stakeholders.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in Facilities Management, Building Operations, Property Management or a similar environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing service providers, contractors and maintenance programmes.
- Exposure to facilities projects, budgeting and financial reporting.
- Positive understanding of workplace health and safety, compliance and risk management.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
