About the Role

We are looking for a reliable Factory Hand to join our Operations team at our Upper Swan - WA manufacturing site. This is a hands‑on casual role suited to someone with experience in production, packing or warehousing.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Operate basic packing, sealing, printing and checking equipment

- Prepare and stage packaging materials

- Complete quality checks and production records

- Palletise,



wrap and label finished goods for dispatch

- Follow all WHS and site safety requirements

- Support line changeovers, rework and general factory duties

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, packing or warehousing

- Solid safety awareness and manual handling knowledge

- Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions

- Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
- A forklift license highly regarded (or willingness to obtain)
