Factory Processor / Factory Hand (Casual / Part-Time)

We're currently seeking a Factory Processor / Factory Hand to join our growing production team. If you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and take pride in quality and attention to detail, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling and preparing fresh meat — cutting, trimming, spicing, and marinating
- Assisting in the production process, including packaging, sealing, and labelling finished products
- Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Performing pre- and post-production cleaning duties
- Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organised work environment
- Conducting basic quality control checks to ensure products meet high standards
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies
- Meeting production targets in a fast-paced environment
- Adhering to food safety and workplace health & safety requirements at all times
- Collaborating with team members to maximise efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing preferred but not essential — full training provided
- Solid attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently within a team
- Comfortable working in a cool-room or meat-processing environment
- Physically fit, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 kg
- Current Australian driver's licence (essential)

Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: $30.00 – $35.07 per hour
